Soils: Predominantly composed of clay - tuffaceous mixture

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation for about 25/30 days, in steel. Tasting notes: Intense and lively red color. The nose presents delicate and fruity notes. Fresh and well balanced, with good persistence. Longevity: 5/7 Years Pairings: First courses with sauces and ragouts, also excellent for aperitifs with cheeses and Tuscan cured meats. Suitable at any time of day.
