Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation for about 25 to 30 days with continuous pumping over is preferred
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red color tending to garnet. The nose perceives notes of red berry fruits, blackberry with a distinct hint of violet. The palate is balanced, fragrant and crisp. Tannins are soft and delicate lingering finish.
