Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation is preferred for about 25/30 days with continuous pumping over Tasting notes: Intense ruby red color tending to garnet. The nose perceives notes of red berry fruits, blackberry with a distinct hint of violet. The palate is balanced, fragrant and crisp. Tannins are soft and delicate lingering finish.
